Dr. Luong completed her Doctor of Optometry Degree and her Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Waterloo. During her internship at OMNI Eye Services in Atlanta, Dr. Luong received training focused extensively on the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases, and therapeutics. Dr. Luong is certified for the used Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents, as a result, she has the expertise to prescribe medication to manage and treat various eye diseases.
Dr. Luong has been providing comprehensive family optometric care to patients in Richmond Hill, Markam and surrounding communities for over 20 years. She is passionate about bring health care to the underserved areas in developing countries. Over the years, she has joined many medical missions. Together with a team of medical doctors and dentists, she has travelled to Vietnam, Cambodia, Morocco and China providing optometric care people in remote regions. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Dr. Andrea Chan was born and raised in the Markham area. She earned her Bachelors of Science at the University of Waterloo in 2002. She continued her education in Boston, Massachusetts at the New England College of Optometry. During her time in Boston she completed several internships focusing on areas such as pediatrics and ocular disease. Dr. Chan joined the practice in 2006 and is fluent in Cantonese.
